Salon Policies

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICIES 

For any appointment, you have before 24 hours of your appointment time to cancel. Any cancellations after the 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. A no show no call to your appointment will be charged 100% of the service, this means if you do not come to your appointment without notifying the salon or your service provider at all we are unable to make adjustments to our schedule or fill that appointment. 

LATE POLICY

Clients more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be at risk for a cancellation and a cancellation fee. 

REFUND POLICY 

All clients have 72 hours after their service to reach out with issues or if they are unhappy with their service. We do not issue refunds for our services. If we are contacted within the 72 hours we offer to redo the service or make adjustments. Be advised extreme exceptions of this policy will be determined by our stylist but is not guaranteed. 

HAIR EXTENSION POLICY 

All first time appointments for hair extension installment will need to schedule a consultation prior to booking the instalment appointment. 

LASH APPOINTMENT POLICIES 

Please be advised all eyelash extension appointments may take longer than but always at least two hours. You must come to your appointment with NO MAKE UP on your eyes. Coming to your appointment with make up will lead to a lash bath charge or may end up as a cancellation along with a fee. Please avoid drinking caffeine prior to your appointment to avoid shakey eyes. We do not work on outside work, this means no foreign refills. To qualify for a refill you must return with 40-50% of your extensions clean and still on. If you come to your appointment under 40% your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a fee. No refills after 3 weeks. If you are under a fill percentage please cancel your appointment before 24 hours and reschedule for a full set. Please review our cancellation and late policy. Washing your lashes is mandatory, coming with excessive dirty lashes may lead to ending services.
